Yesterday when we were walking back from the grocery store, we decided to take a slight detour from our usual walk home. When I had gone for a walk a few months ago I thought I had seen a wine shop along Halstead. Sure enough I was right and on the corner of Buckingham and Halstead there is a great little wine shop. Lots of wine under $15 dollars and very friendly people working there.
This has happened before, I get not exactly into a rut, but just I have a way that I get home and I don’t stray from it. Ok it’s kind of a rut. Just walking over two blocks before heading west was awesome as now we have a new place to get wine and always fun to discover new things.
So there that’s my tip of the day, walk home a totally different way and see what you see.
It’s Monday. I need coffee.

Nice little post. Trying a new street is something you could do forever in Chicago!
