Little Miss Lucille turned 2 months today. In an effort to keep improving my photography skills I decided to have a photoshoot with her. I dressed her in all white and then put a white sheet down on the couch and had at it. Unfortunately she wasn’t thrilled about turning 2 months old and so has had the crank in her today. The pictures at the end of the post are from our little fun this morning.
I just got back from a short 1 mile run. Yeah that’s right bitches 1 mile. Shut up.
My fucking flight tomorrow is canceled. We were going to Florida on a 4:15 flight but with the Blizzard coming in I thought I should switch it to a morning flight to try and get out before all the nastiness gets here. So I did and paid an extra $130 dollars to get it…an hour later I got a lovely recorded message from Southwest saying that the flight was canceled. Now we don’t know what to do. We are going to maybe go to the airport tomorrow morning and try and get on the 8am flight on standby although I’m sure no one else has that idea…wait you do…DON’T GO. I did call Southwest though and we have reserved seats on a Wednesday flight. I hope…the woman on the phone, although very nice, didn’t sound too with it. That flight however is not direct and we stop in Columbus (but we don’t get off the plane) but that’s two up and downs with the baby and a flight that was 2.5 hours will now be 5. I’m not thrilled. I do. not. like. when my plans get changed. So hopefully we get to Florida at some point.
So with that it’s time for bath time. Enjoy the pictures!

Leah – Awesome Lucy pics. Whoa is she pissed in that last one!
The green socks and the one after that are my favorites.
Lucy could be in the E Trade commercials or is it AmeriTrade.
She’s way cuter and younger.
Her mom would have to be the photographer though ’cause she gets the best shots.
Happy 2 months Lu.
yeah she is! and yet I still think she’s cute
I love all of the pics especially the last pic. Soo cute!
I’d check with Southwest about standby before you go to the airport. They only let people that have paid full (i.e., non-discounted) fares do the standby thing. I’m guessing you wound up doing that when you changed the ticket, but I’d check first to be sure. That way you don’t end up paying AGAIN unexpectedly. That said, I’ll keep my fingers crossed that you get to Florida tomorrow!
dawn-
we decided to just to switch to a flight on wednesday. however I am betting there is not going to be enough snow to cancel flights. i bet this is going to be the usual, “it just missed us”
